COVID-19 Policy
Preparation prior to your appointment:
Please arrive alone and on time to your appointment wearing a proper mask.
Upon arrival an IVY staff member will provided hand sanitizer and a COVID-19 questionnaire for you to answer before entering the salon:
Questions are as followed:
Have you been diagnosed with or cared for someone diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 14 days.
Have you shown any symptoms of COVID-19?
Do you have a cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing?
Do you have any sign of a fever such as chills, fatigue, weakness, loss of taste or smell?
Have you come into close contact with anyone who exhibited or tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 2 weeks?
Have you travelled outside of Canada in the past 2 weeks?
Have you been tested for COVID-19 and awaiting results?
Please note that these questions are kept on our record so please answer honestly and truthfully and if you have answered yes to any of the questions above and as we feel that you are a risk to the salon we will reschedule your appointment to a later date.
During your appointment policies:
Ivy members are to follow the newest COVID-19 rules and regulations enforced by Leeds, Grenville and Lanark Health Department
Ivy members as well as clients are to properly wear and keep your mask on for the entire time inside the salon.
Clients are to bring minimal items into the salon, please avoid bringing in multiple bags as well as outside food or drinks.
Ivy staff will ensure that all stations have been properly sanitized before and after each client
Plexi-glass has been placed at all manicure stations as well as the reception area to ensure staff and clients safety during service.
Disposable tools or metal tools that are able to be sterilized will be used at the salon to prevent any spread of bacteria or germs.
To practice safe social distancing we are using every other pedicure and manicure station only.
Our team has designed these policies to ensure we do our part in keeping our salon and community safe during these tough times.
